Eliminating the attendance incentive program for state employees.

    AN ACT Relating to the elimination of the attendance incentive program for state employees; repealing RCW 41.04.340; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  RCW 41.04.340 and 1993 c 281 s 17, 1991 c 249 s 1, 1990 c 162 s 1, 1980 c 182 s 1, & 1979 ex.s. c 150 s 1 are each repealed.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately.
