WHEREAS, House Concurrent Resolution No. 4421, as further amended by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8431, established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 1996 Regular Session of the Fifty-Fourth Legislature;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the state of Washington, the Senate concurring, That the cutoff dates established in House Concurrent Resolution No. 4421 shall not apply to House Bill No. 2609, or to the following Senate bills: Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill No. 6251, Substitute Senate Bill No. 6767, and Engrossed Senate Bill No. 6776.
