Providing a SEPA exemption for air operating permits.



     AN ACT Relating to an exemption from the state environmental policy act for the issuance of air operating permits; and adding a new section to chapter 43.21C RCW.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

 

     NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.21C RCW to read as follows:

     Decisions pertaining to the issuance, renewal, reopening, or revision of an air operating permit under RCW 70.94.161 are not subject to the requirements of RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c).
