Using county auditors and subagents by the director of licensing.

    AN ACT Relating to the use of county auditors and subagents by the director of licensing; and adding a new section to chapter 46.20 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 46.20 RCW to read as follows:

    The director, under RCW 46.01.130 and 46.01.140, shall use county auditors and subagents, if they volunteer, to license vehicles, renew driver's licenses, process all specialized vehicle license plates, conduct pro-rate licensing, and renew any other professional licenses granted by the department.
