Prohibiting the liquor control board from paying dues or participating in associations that receive funding from the liquor industry.

    AN ACT Relating to the liquor control board; and adding a new section to chapter 66.08 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 66.08 RCW to read as follows:

    Neither the board nor its members may pay dues or participate in associations that are partly or fully funded by the liquor industry, including but not limited to, the national alcohol beverage control association.
