AN ACT Relating to uplands around Lake Washington; and adding a new section to chapter 79.94 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 79.94 RCW to read as follows:
The department of natural resources may sell or lease lands that were formerly aquatic lands, but are now uplands as a result of the change in water level of Lake Washington.
