Declaring the east capitol campus the armed forces veterans memorial plaza.

    AN ACT Relating to veterans' memorials; and adding a new section to chapter 73.40 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 73.40 RCW to read as follows:

    In recognition for their service to this state and nation, the east capitol campus is designated the armed forces veterans memorial plaza to honor and pay tribute not only to those fallen defenders of the United States, but also to past, present, and future Washingtonians who serve our nation through honorable service in the armed forces of the United States.
