Establishing a ten dollar fee for all duplicate licenses, rebates, permits, tags, and stamps issued at one time.

    AN ACT Relating to the fee for all duplicate licenses, rebates, permits, tags, and stamps; and amending RCW 77.32.256.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

    Sec. 1.  RCW 77.32.256 and 1995 c 116 s 6 are each amended to read as follows:

    The director shall by rule establish the conditions for issuance of duplicate licenses, rebates, permits, tags, and stamps required by this chapter.

(1) The fee for a duplicate provided under this section is ten dollars for ((those licenses that are ten dollars and over, and for those licenses under ten dollars the duplicate fee is the value of the license)) each license, permit, tag, and stamp that is ten dollars or over, and the value of the license, permit, tag, or stamp for each license, permit, tag, and stamp under ten dollars.

(2) If the licensee provides the department of fish and wildlife with the number, located on the perforated stub of each original license or tag purchased, a duplicate may be purchased from the department of fish and wildlife for ten dollars for all licenses, permits, tags, and stamps shown on the original document.
