AN ACT Relating to an allocation to the city of Bothell for park purposes; and making an appropriation.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The sum of ninety-one thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the state building construction account to the department of community, trade, and economic development for the biennium ending June 30, 1997, for allocation to the city of Bothell for acquisition of real property for park purposes.
