Exempting Senate Bill No. 6069 from cutoff dates.

    WHEREAS, House Concurrent Resolution No. 4421 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 1996 Regular Session of the Fifty-Fourth Legislature;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the state of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the cutoff dates established in House Concurrent Resolution No. 4421 shall not apply to Senate Bill No. 6069.
