Clarifying
hunting license requirements.
AN ACT Relating to hunting
licenses; and adding a new section to chapter 77.32 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE
LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec.
1. A new section is added
to chapter 77.32 RCW to read as follows:
Hunters who have a
valid hunting license, and a valid migratory waterfowl stamp that may be used
after December 31 of the year of issuance, are not required to purchase a new
hunting license in order to use the migratory waterfowl stamp during the period
in which a waterfowl hunting season exists in the month of January in the year
following the issuance of the migratory waterfowl stamp and hunting license.
