     Revises provisions regulating the withdrawal from a limited partnership.

     Deletes the ability to withdraw from the partnership by providing a six month written notice.

     Revises provisions for dissolving a limited partnership.

     Requires the name of the partnership to be distinguishable from any other registered company.
