     Establishes limitations on the employment of minors under the age of sixteen.

     Establishes limitations on the employment of minors age sixteen and seventeen.

     Allows variances with the concurrence of the minor's parent or legal guardian.

     Provides that no minor may be employed in occupations determined by department rule to be unreasonably hazardous.

     Repeals RCW 49.12.123.
