HB 1030 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Establishes limitations on the employment of unemancipated minors under the age of sixteen.

     Provides that no minor may be employed in occupations determined by department rule to be unreasonably hazardous.

     Repeals RCW 49.12.123.
