HB 1031-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Exempts the designated devices from taxation under chapters 82.08 and 82.12 RCW.

     Provides that the tax levied by RCW 82.08.020 shall not apply to sales of repair services for the exempted items.

     Exempts hearing aids from the taxation as well.
