     Authorizes the implementation of a family visitation program that allows visitation for the sole purpose of maintaining family relationships.

     Prohibits cable or closed-circuit television in state correctional facilities unless used for educational purposes.

     Limits body building and weight lifting except for preparation for team competitions.
