HB 1055.E - DIGEST

     Exempts docks of less than seven hundred square feet and less than ten feet wide, or if the dock is located in a county composed entirely of islands with a population no greater than twenty-five thousand, from the definition of substantial development under the Shorelines Management Act.

     Requires adoption of an ordinance by local government to approve the exemption.
