     Imposes a tax equal to the gross proceeds multiplied by 0.011 percent upon every person engaged in the business of buying canola.

     Imposes a tax equal to the value of the product multiplied by the rate of 0.138 percent upon every person engaged in the business of processing canola into canola oil, canola meal, or canola by-products.
