     Increases the permitted number of bazaars or rummage sales from two to twelve annually.

     Increases the permitted number of days from two to five days for each bazaar or rummage sale.

     Exempts the amounts received by a nonprofit organization as a result of serving meals for fund-raising purposes if served no more than once every two weeks and the gross income does not exceed fifty thousand dollars.

     Declares that chapter 82.04 RCW does not apply to the first thirty-five thousand dollars received in a calendar year from the sale of used books, videos, or recordings, if the proceeds are used to support a library as defined in RCW 27.12.010.
