     Increases the permitted number of bazaars or rummage sales from two to three annually.

     Increases the permitted number of days from two to five days for each bazaar or rummage sale.

     Exempts the amounts received by a nonprofit organization as a result of serving meals for fund-raising purposes if served no more than once every two weeks and the gross income does not exceed five thousand dollars.
