(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Allows counties that enact ordinances applying only to crossings equipped with supplemental safety measures located within urban areas to restrict the warning signals.

     Designates the types of supplemental safety measures which are required.

     Permits trains operating in train yards or at ten miles per hour or less to not sound whistles.
