HB 1146 - DIGEST

     Revises RCW 67.70.040 and 67.70.240 to eliminate the deposit of lottery funds into the general fund and the housing trust fund, and direct the deposit into the common school construction fund.

     Declares the deposit of proceeds into the common school construction is exempt from the provisions of RCW 43.135.035(4).
