     Provides that a person who is under the influence of liquor shall not purchase liquor.

     Prohibits the use of a person's intoxication as a defense in a prosecution under the act.

     Provides a definition of intoxication.

     Makes a violation of the act a civil infraction punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars.
