     Requires sex offenders who are under the jurisdiction of the United States probation service to register.

     Requires sex offenders convicted under federal statutes, or the laws of a foreign country, to register.

     Requires a registered offender who moves out of state to disclose the new address to the sheriff of the county of most recent registration.

     Provides a class C felony offense for failing to register as required.
