HB 1225 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes applications for certificates of motor vehicles to be made on any form approved by the department of licensing.

     Revises the exemption from the retail sales tax for ride-sharing vehicles.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 82.37 RCW relating to motor vehicle fuel importer taxes.

     Deletes references to the chapter in other statutes relating to payment of bonds.
