     Prohibits more than three media representatives.

     Provides that judicial officers may include, in addition to those previously named, the deputy prosecuting attorney of the county from which the death warrant was issued, and the investigating law enforcement officers.

     Prohibits a person under the age of sixteen from attending an execution.
