HB 1280 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the department to impose sanctions such as work release, home detention, work crew, community service, inpatient treatment, daily reporting, curfew, educational or counseling sessions, electronic monitoring, jail time, or other sanctions available in the community.

     Declares that a failure to comply with any sanction may be considered an additional violation.
