HB 1282 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Allows family members or employees of a land owner to trap or kill wild animals, other than endangered species, which are causing property damage.

     Does not require a hunting license.

     Provides that trapped or killed coyotes and Columbian ground squirrels do not have to be disposed of by the department of fish and wildlife.
