     Provides that school districts, superintendents, principals, and teachers are not liable for civil damages or criminal penalties resulting from the expulsion of a student, in the absence of an act of malice.

     Requires notices to be posted in classrooms.

     Requires a conference between a parent and the teacher or principal prior to exclusion of a student.
