     Provides that, beginning with the 1995-96 school year, each school receiving a student learning improvement grant shall keep on file a comprehensive plan to attain the student learning goals and essential learning requirements developed by the commission on student learning.

     Requires that documentation of staff development and other activities undertaken to implement the plan over time be kept on file.
