     Opens the new period on September 1, 1995, and ends at midnight June 30, 1996.

     Requires published notice of the reopening in newspapers of general circulation in the various regions of the state.

     Designates exemptions to the filing requirements.

     Prohibits a finding of relinquishment of rights for failure to file during the period specified.

     Requires the department to provide water rights records within ten days in most cases.
