(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Directs the higher education coordinating board to adopt common definitions of remedial and precollege material and course work by June 30, 1996.

     Requires the report on students who, within three years of graduating from high school, had to enroll in a precollege level class.

     Requires the report to reflect the number of such students and the types of classes taken.
