HB 1341 - DIGEST

     Provides that the watercraft excise tax revenues exceeding eight million dollars in each fiscal year, but not exceeding nine million dollars, shall be deposited in the clean and safe boating account, which is created by the act.

     Revises the allocated expenditures of funds designated by RCW 88.12.375.
