(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Creates the parks renewal and stewardship account.

     Provides that the account is to be utilized by the department of natural resources for the exclusive purpose of capital improvements, deferred maintenance and other stewardship activities for state parks.

     Repeals RCW 43.51.280.
