     Amends RCW 50.16.094, 50.22.090, and 50.29.020 to delete the provisions which state that the benefits paid under those sections may not be charged to the experience rating accounts of individual employers.

     Applies only to benefit charges attributable to new claims effective after July 1, 1995.
