HB 1358 - DIGEST

     Imposes additional conditions on the juvenile for the period of the parole.

     Provides that, upon the juvenile's release from residential custody, the juvenile shall serve an initial intensive monitoring period, which shall include electronic home monitoring for thirty to ninety days.

     Requires a subsequent period of home monitoring including a curfew and a prohibition on leaving or entering geographical areas.
