HB 1401 - DIGEST

     Directs each juvenile justice or care agency to implement a policy that facilitates disclosure of information to the extent allowed by federal and state law.

     Provides civil immunity for the release of the information.

     Provides for the development of a handbook on the current laws and policies governing the disclosure of information related to juveniles.
