HB 1406 - DIGEST

     Designates the formula to allocate funds to border areas:  (1) Sixty-five percent ratably based on border area traffic totals;

     (2) twenty-five percent ratably based on border-related crime statistics; and

     (3) ten percent ratably based on per-capita law-enforcement spending.
