HB 1408 - DIGEST

     Revises the exception granted to motorcycles over twenty-five years old to be operated without mirrors.

     Requires persons under the age of twenty-one to wear a helmet when operating or riding on a motorcycle.

     Deletes the authority of the state patrol to adopt rules and standards for helmets, goggles, glasses, and face shields.
