HB 1412 - DIGEST

     Declares that the punishment for a conviction of RCW 69.50.401(e) or 69.50.412 shall be imprisonment for not less than twenty-four hours, and by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars.

     Increases the fine to five hundred dollars for a second or subsequent offense.
