     Revises RCW 41.50.255 to delete the restriction for the payment of expenses for the period of July 1, 1993, to June 30, 1995 only.

     Provides funds for investigation of fraud and recovery of overpayment of benefits.

     Directs recovered funds to be returned to the appropriate trust funds.
