HB 1438 - DIGEST

     Establishes requirements and procedures for school districts to either provide remedial education for recent high school graduates or pay the cost of providing state-supported remedial classes for those students.

     Revises RCW 28A.225.220 to assess adults choosing to attend school a reasonable tuition charge.
