HB 1464 - DIGEST

     Authorizes the payment of an amount equal to twenty percent of the average amount spent by the state toward the education of each child enrolled in state public schools during the same school year.

     Authorizes an additional twenty percent if the parents', guardians', or custodians' family income falls below the federal poverty level.

     Requires certification of completion of the educational requirements.
