HB 1490 - DIGEST

     Transfers all powers and duties of the liquor control board to the liquor control agency.

     Declares that the act does not create a new agency, but renames the liquor control board and provides for a new administrative structure within the renamed agency.

     Provides for a director of the agency and relegates the board members to a part-time function.

     Repeals RCW 66.08.016.
