     Revises RCW 43.84.092 to delete the marine operating fund and add the weights and measures account to those designated for receipt of a proportionate share of earnings.

     Revises RCW 43.79A.040 to add the agricultural local fund, the fair fund, and the grain inspection revolving fund to those designated for receipt of a proportionate share of earnings.
