     Revises chapter 18.145 RCW to delete references to shorthand reporting and providing for the regulation of stenomask reporters.

     Establishes advisory committees to advise the director on testing procedures, professional standards, and disciplinary activities for stenomask reporters.

     Repeals RCW 18.145.060.
