     Requires blood tests of injured persons if persons rendering aid came in contact with their blood.

     Requires blood tests of persons who rendered aid.

     Requires notification of the test results to the person rendering aid.

     Makes it a gross misdemeanor to disclose tests results in violation of the act.

     Directs the department of health to develop guidelines concerning the procedures for testing.
