HB 1605 - DIGEST

     Authorizes a landlord to change the rules of the mobile home park by giving the tenants thirty days' written notice.

     Revises the provisions pertaining to the termination or nonrenewal of a rental agreement.

     Establishes procedures for the sale at auction of an abandoned mobile home.

     Prohibits the verbal or physical abuse of a tenant.

     Repeals RCW 59.22.090.
