HB 1681 - DIGEST

     Provides that the operation of a sport shooting range that conforms to generally accepted operation practices shall not be subject to criminal or civil liability relating to noise or noise pollution.

     Declares that a sport shooting range that is not in violation of existing law when established shall not be subject to more stringent rules provided by a new ordinance.
