HB 1683 - DIGEST

     Amends RCW 82.04.260 to delete the tax on insurance agents, brokers, and solicitors.

     Declares that independent agents of businesses engaged within this state in the business of insurance are not employees for the purposes of chapter 82.04 RCW.
